One of my favourite places to go to grab a quick brunch is Elmar’s in Highgate.  Every Saturday morning there is a huge cast iron pan in front of the Elmar’s smallgoods store cooking up a variety of sausages.  On this particular morning, I chose the Cheese Kranski.  With some fried onions, it goes into a fresh baguette and witha few dollops of tomato sauce and mustard, brunch is served.  Addition of sauerkraut is also an option.
